These Terms apply to all website users, retail customers, wholesalers, salons, distributors, private-label buyers, and other customers purchasing from Indian Raw Hair Exports.
We may update these Terms when required. The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to the order.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, textures, colours, lengths, and specifications.
As our products are made from natural human hair, slight differences may occur in colour, texture, curl pattern, thickness, density, or appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Hair length is generally measured when stretched straight. Curly and wavy hair may appear shorter in its natural form.
All orders are subject to availability and final acceptance by Indian Raw Hair Exports. Bulk, wholesale, customised, OEM, ODM, and private-label orders may be subject to separate quotations and payment terms.
Customers must verify all product details before approving an order.
Prices may be quoted in INR, USD, or another agreed currency and may change depending on hair type, length, texture, quantity, packaging, customisation, and raw-material availability.
An order is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and approved by us.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, bank charges, and currency-conversion fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The buyer may modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of successful payment. If Indian Raw Hair Exports receives the request within this period, a 100% refund will be issued.
After 24 hours from the payment time, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted through our official email or WhatsApp contact.
Custom-made, coloured, branded, OEM, ODM, and private-label orders cannot normally be cancelled or refunded once production has begun.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchange Policy.
A continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claim involving an incorrect, missing, damaged, or defective product. The recording must begin while the parcel is fully sealed and unopened, and continue without cuts until the package is completely opened and every hair bundle, wig, closure, frontal, or other item has been clearly inspected. The video must show the shipping label or order details, the condition of the outer packaging, and each product received.
Still photographs will not be accepted as a substitute for a complete unboxing video. Claims submitted without a clear and continuous video will not be eligible for return, exchange, refund, or further support.
Hair that has been washed, installed, cut, coloured, bleached, chemically treated, heat-styled, or otherwise altered will not be eligible for return or exchange. Natural variations in colour, texture, softness, density, or wave pattern are not considered defects.
Customers should inspect and perform a strand test before colouring, bleaching, or chemically processing the hair.
Indian Raw Hair Exports is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, poor maintenance, excessive heat, chemicals, colouring, bleaching, unsuitable products, or services performed by salons, stylists, or other third parties.
The lifespan of human hair depends on use, care, maintenance, storage, and styling practices. Any expected lifespan mentioned on the website is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Wholesale prices, minimum quantities, production requirements, and payment terms may vary by order.
For customised or private-label orders, the customer is responsible for confirming all specifications, artwork, logos, labels, colours, packaging, and branding details before production.
The customer confirms that any supplied logo, artwork, design, or brand name may legally be used and does not infringe the rights of another party.
You must not misuse this website, provide false information, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software, copy website content, or use our name and materials in a misleading or unlawful manner.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an unconfirmed order, or restrict website access where fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.
All website content, including our logo, photographs, videos, product descriptions, graphics, designs, catalogues, and written material, belongs to or is licensed to Indian Raw Hair Exports.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Indian Raw Hair Exports will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, profit, revenue, opportunity, salon costs, or third-party claims.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any personal information provided through our website, email, WhatsApp, forms, or orders will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to us is complete and accurate.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
